ABOUT BACKFLOW
"Backflow" is the undesired reverse flow of water--and anything mixed in it from any source--into drinking water pipes.

By choosing ClearWater Services, you can rest easy in knowing that your drinking water is clean!
If you have received a backflow test notice from your Water District, the test must be performed within the specified timeframe as stated on the Notice.
(Even if you haven’t received a test notice, it is recommended to proactively test each backflow yearly.)
Backflow prevention assemblies protect public health, by ensuring that there is no contamination of main drinking water supply. A backflow device is installed onto your plumbing system to protect your drinking water and the local water supply from contaminants.
Most new construction multi-family housing, as well as all commercial and industrial properties, are required to have backflow prevention assemblies installed.
Water Purveyors require that certified backflow testers check all backflow assemblies at the time of installation, annually thereafter, and following any repairs. (Testing may be required at other times as well).
As your Backflow Tester, ClearWater Services will submit a report to the water district, and send you a personal reminder before your next test is due.
